As Manager Client Service, I lead a team of Client Service Associates at Kingston, Belleville, Cobourg, and Peterborough. My goal is to seek to promote and maintain an exceptional employee and client experience, oversee branch operations as well as support the business goals of our teams.

With over 10 years in the investment management industry, Karalie started her career in a cage/operations role and progressed to the Branch Administrator role at RBC Dominion Securities in Winnipeg, MB. Following a relocation from Winnipeg, MB to Gananoque, ON in 2018, she transitioned to an Associate & Associate Advisor role with RBC Dominion Securities Kingston. In October 2024, Karalie moved to TD Wealth to pursue her passion for coaching and leadership. Karalie has a Business Administration Diploma from Red River College, and holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation.

Karalie lives in Gananoque, ON with her partner Mike.  In their spare time they love to travel, most recently taking a 6-month world adventure. They also like to take cooking classes, garden, and go fishing.
