Michael graduated with a business degree from the University of Regina (BBA) in 1993. He has been advising high-net-worth clients in the strategic management of their investments for more than 20 years.  Over time, Michael has learned that a goal-oriented approach to wealth management works best for most investors, who often share similar financial goals of creating a lasting retirement income, financially assisting children or grandchildren, minimizing taxes, planning to transition assets through their estate, and perhaps leaving a legacy through at contribution to charity.

Michael and his wife Colleen have two daughters. Outside the workplace, Michael enjoys playing hockey, golfing and skiing.

Prior joining the Smith Church Wealth Management team in the summer of 2023, Donna has more than 12 years of experience, in a variety of positions within the banking industry. Donna’s experience has taught her the importance of being diligent, thorough and paying close attention to detail when it comes to the execution of her administrative tasks. Her unwavering commitment, kindness and compassion for that of her team and their clients is a joy and privilege to be around.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree major in Financial Management from De La Salle Lipa, Philippines and a Global Business Management from Conestoga College, Ontario. When Donna is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, experiencing different cultures and seeking out new culinary tips, treats and tastes.
