Since 1996, I have been providing investment advice to high net worth families to help them preserve and grow their wealth. I take the time to discover what truly matters to our clients and create customized wealth solutions to help them achieve their goals.
As a dedicated relationship manager, I help our clients realize their vision of success by utilizing a team of TD specialists with experience in everything from investment advice, estate and trust planning, to business succession, tax planning and charitable giving.
I hold a BA (Honours) Economics degree from Queen's University. I am a Senior Investment Advisor with TD Wealth Private Investment Advice. I am also a Life Insurance Advisor through TD Wealth Insurance Services.
I live in Markham with my wife and three children. In my time away from the office I enjoy cycling, fitness, golf and volunteering in the community.

As an Associate Investment Advisor, I provide dedicated support to the lead Investment Advisor (IA) by executing the team strategy for investment solutions, client engagement and business development. In my role, I focus on new client acquisition through our discovery and planning process and provide recommended solutions based on the investment philosophy of our lead IA. I also leverage my wealth planning expertise to create goals based investment plans for prospective clients and existing clients as well as implementing and monitoring our investment management process.
I have over 15 years of experience in the private wealth management industry and my strength is to utilize different types of investments and incorporate tax planning strategies, engaging TD specialists where needed. I received my MBA degree at Hong Kong University in 2006, and proudly hold the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), and Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®) designations. In addition, I am Options licensed and familiar with alternative investments.
I and my husband Raymond live in Unionville. We have two daughters; Zoe is 15 years old and Joelle is 8 years old. Zoe's goal is to be a veterinarian and Joelle is doing competitive figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics. Our dog is a golden retriever named Waffles. We love to go hiking with him and spending time together as a family during leisure times.

Alana has been at TD since 2016 and has had previous branch retail experience. In her tenure at TD Canada Trust in Markham, Alana was the recipient of the "Legendary Client Experience Award" in 2017 because of the outstanding client services she provided at branch 798.
She aims to provide all the clients with the "Wow" experience they deserve. Alana is well-versed in the fields of administration, documentation, compliance and account maintenance.
