As an Investment Advisor, I provide wealth management services to a select group of high net worth families, helping them manage wealth today and for future generations.
I work for my clients as I would for my own family and aim to build lasting, meaningful relationships based on trust, integrity and outstanding client service.
My business model consists of a disciplined investment management process and personalized service offering. At TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, we have in-depth experience in investment and wealth planning and we also bring in professionals with the expertise necessary to provide a holistic wealth management approach. This includes everything from a best in class financial plan, to investments and portfolio management, business succession planning, tax and estate strategies. My goal is to maximize wealth through patient, prudent, risk-aligned wealth planning and investing.
My process consists of 4 steps, always striving to deliver an excellent client experience:
- I take the time to clearly understand your background, philosophy, needs and objectives.
- I work with you to design and implement an investment plan that prioritizes your goals and shows you the steps you need to take.
- I create your personalized investment portfolio, using an easy to understand process, that helps meet your income and growth needs.
- I regularly review and monitor your progress and keep you up to date.
Daciana began her career in the financial services industry in 2005. She has held diversified positions across various financial institutions, bringing a unique perspective and set of experiences that shape her investment philosophy and process today.
Daciana joined TD Bank Group in 2007, in the Business Banking group, where she structured complex lending arrangements across a broad scope of industries and loan types. Over the years, she has seen different types of companies in many different industries. The financial knowledge acquired in this area has allowed her to build a solid understanding of the financial markets.
Prior to joining TD in 2007, Daciana developed a broad skill-set, working in the industry and making recommendations on investment for large pension funds, as well as gaining international business experience in Europe. Her professional experience also includes working at CIBC World Markets and Travelers Insurance Company of Canada.

Master of Business Administration degree from McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters and our labradoodle, Clover. I love travelling and appreciate great cuisine and learning about other cultures. I also enjoy reading, home décor, music and staying active.

Holding the Certified Financial Planner and Canadian Investment Manager designations, I have spent the past 18 years working with high-net-worth individuals and their families. Celebrating my 26th year with TD Bank Group, my prior role included trading foreign exchange with the Commercial and Private Bank. An economics and commerce specialist, I graduated from the University of Calgary in 1991.
I currently live in Kitsilano with my wife, and two children. In my free time I enjoy swimming, playing soccer, and being involved with my children's activities. Committed to giving back, I support charities throughout the Lower Mainland such as Big Sisters and the Greater Vancouver Foodbank.

My main focus is to provide support for the maintenance of clients' investment portfolios and assist Mark and Heather with implementing specific wealth management strategies for our clients. With over 10 years of experience in working with highly complex client relationships and portfolios, I am ideally suited for this role.
Prior to joining Marlow Hesson Wealth Partnership Group, I worked for five years with a successful investment advisory team. Due to the complexity of the clientele, I have gained broad exposure to families with a variety of planning needs and unique situations. I am currently working on obtaining the Chartered Investment Management designation and I am a Life Insurance Advisor through TD Wealth Insurance Services. I also hold a Masters of Business Administration degree and Bachelors of Economics Degree from the University of British Columbia.
I grew up in Vancouver and enjoy travelling, yoga and spending time with my friends and family.

I joined the team in 2021, and my main focus in this role is to work with our clients and our team to facilitate all the necessary documentation and information required to ensure your accounts are set up properly and compliant with the most current regulations in the industry. I have a passion for the financial industry, and I am very pleased to support our clients and the team.
Prior to joining the team, I worked in a marketing and administrative role since I resided in Vancouver and strived to provide excellent care to clients to meet their diverse needs.
I was born and raised in Japan and graduated from Hyogo University of Health Sciences with a degree in Bachelor of Physical Therapy. With about 5 years' experience as a physiotherapist, my passion was always focusing on and listening to clients' needs and helping them to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, swimming, playing basketball, and spending time with friends.
