Marley began his career with TD Wealth in 2006 and is a Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Advisor. He is deeply committed to lifelong learning and continually expands his knowledge to better serve and guide his clients in a constantly changing financial landscape. He also believes in empowering clients through education, helping them gain confidence in every financial decision they make.

An early interest in investing and a natural talent for mathematics led him to pursue formal studies in Financial Management and Accounting at BCIT. He has since complemented his education with the Financial Management Advisor (FMA), Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM), and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, credentials that support his role as a Senior Portfolio Manager. As such, he works closely with the team to design, execute, and monitor customized investment strategies, always with a comprehensive wealth planning approach at the core of the practice. Beyond portfolio management, he channels his love of writing into a quarterly newsletter that keeps clients informed and engaged on the team's current views of the financial environment.

Rooted in a rich blend of cultures, Marley proudly honours his Jamaican heritage from his father’s side and his Polish-Ukrainian roots from his mother’s. His mother’s story, in particular, shaped his outlook on life — she grew up as one of many siblings on a hard-working farm in Pine River, a tiny northern Manitoba town known for its long winters and rugged spirit. As soon as she was old enough, she traded the bitter cold and fields for the sunshine and ocean breezes, finally settling in Victoria where Marley was born. Outside of the office you'll typically find Marley playing any combination of sports when the sun shines and on the top of a ski hill when the snow falls. That same adventurous spirit has transcended into a desire to understand new cultures and he; his wife, son and daughter strive to travel somewhere in the world they've never been, at least once a year. He values quality time with his family above all else — a perspective that guides his commitment to helping clients plan for what truly matters most in their own lives.
