Liz started her career in the Financial Industry in the mid-90s, starting at reception and back office and then taking on an Administrative role. When her family moved from Edmonton to Ottawa in 2009, Liz worked in retail as a Sales Associate and later returned to the financial world in the spring of 2010, working at a CIBC branch closest to her home, as a Head Customer Service Representative.
Liz transitioned to the Brokerage firm as a Client Associate in 2015, and in 2017 joined the Klyman Wealth Advisory Group, at TD Wealth Private Investment Advice as a Client Service Associate.
Liz is thrilled to be a part of this dynamic team for over 9 years, providing excellent customer service to our clients, anticipating and meeting client needs while building relationships with existing and new clients.
Liz is married and a mother of 3 adult daughters.

Lori Nicholls has been a TD employee for over 20 years. She has worked in the retail branch for most of her career with TD Canada Trust, at various branches and in various roles, such as Sales and Service Administrator, Lead Customer Experience Associate, and Manager, Customer Experience.
Born in Toronto, Lori moved to Ottawa from the Durham region in September 2016. Lori's retail banking background combined with her administrative experience has enabled her to move to TD Wealth Private Investment Advice and expand her career with TD. She has been with TD Wealth Private Investment Advice and Klyman Wealth Advisory Group since February 2024.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 stepchildren. She has a passion to provide an exceptional customer experience for every client she in involved with.
