With over 20 years experience in the investment industry, I have experience with both positive and negative market cycles. I work with my clients to ensure that they stay committed to their long-term strategies even when the market environment may tempt them to make decisions based on emotion. I develop relationships in a holistic manner, with clients who wish to stay involved in the selection of their investments but do not have the time, desire or expertise to do so on their own. Our relationship is based on one-on-one discussions to design and implement customized strategies to help preserve your capital and meet your investment objectives. I believe that even the most sophisticated investors can benefit from a long term plan that includes tax and estate planning strategies, to ensure you are providing a legacy for those who you truly care about.
I provide a comprehensive range of advice-based investment solutions through a fee-based approach, solutions with fees that may be tax-deductible, as well as a broad range of insurance strategies. My typical client profile are individuals or households who wish assistance in accumulating, consolidating, preserving and eventually transitioning their family wealth. Family members are householded under a single fee structure.
My team works closely with TD Specialists who provide advice to our clients on Tax and Estate Planning as well as Trust services for discussions on appointing executors and agent for executors. This is a complimentary part of the service that we offer.
In addition to the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Financial Management Advisor (FMA) and Certified Investment Manager (CIM®) designations, I also hold the Certificate in Retirement Strategy. I am also a Life Insurance Advisor with TD Wealth Insurance Services.

Our team's wealth planning process is comprehensive and yet easy to understand. We believe in building one on one relationships with our clients, based on trust, open communication and full transparency in everything that we do. This has been evident as the majority of our new clients have been referred to us by our existing client families and other trusted professionals. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree; I have over 20 years of experience providing wealth management solutions to families and business owners.
Outside of my practice, I am an avid volunteer and supporter of several charitable organizations in the London community as well as in overseas development projects. I graduated from the University of Western with a degree in Specialization of Financial Economics and I also graduated from Fanshawe College with a diploma in Financial Planning.

Outside of work, I enjoy experiencing other cultures and food with my wife and son.

My operating framework is that "everyone's economic and life situation is unique" and as an Associate Investment Advisor I focus on recognizing that and delivering the attention, time and focus when meeting with our clients that they and their family deserve. I am also proud to put a spotlight and play a role in on our team's critical thinking abilities as I believe that is one of the few factors that sets us apart and helps our clients achieve personal and family goals. I also work hand in hand with Dominic to provide investment research, strategy and implementation with a focus on capital preservation while looking to achieve desired returns.
In addition to graduating from both University of Western Ontario & Fanshawe College, I come from an extensive banking, investment and client relations background. That paired with my past experiences across various departments give me the ability to focus on your complete financial well-being.
Outside of work I am very passionate about giving back to the community; I prep and deliver care packages/food to homeless, provide free financial education to teenagers and newcomers to Canada and do volunteer work with local organizations.

I have been an integral member of the Lau & Gomes Family Wealth Management Group since 2014. I take pride in providing a high level of service, whether it is meeting with our clients or responding to their inquiries promptly. As part of the team, my focus is on the day-to-day operations and management of our business.I also play an integral role in the preparation of our clients personalized wealth plans tailored to their specific wealth goals. I am also a Life Insurance Advisor through TD Wealth Insurance Services.
Since joining TD in 2011 I have progressed through various roles, which has provided me the skills to focus on aspects of our client's financial well-being. Prior to joining TD, I graduated from St. Clair College.
When away from the office, I am either traveling all over Ontario visiting my family or staying close to home with my husband and new baby girl.

Prior to joining the team, I worked as a Client Service Associate with another wealth advisory team at TD Wealth Private Investment Advice since 2003. I am a fundamental member of the team, able to work through simple and complex requests efficiently. I strive to provide a consistent, pleasant, timely and outstanding level of service to all our clients.
In addition to being dedicated to my ongoing professional development, when I am not in the office, I enjoy reading, baking, quilting & making memories with my husband & 2 children.

I joined TD Wealth Private Investment Advice as a Client Service Associate in 2018. I am committed to delivering exceptional service to each of our clients and assist the group with day-to-day operations, answering account-related inquiries, performing portfolio management support and preparing for meetings. I am fluent in Mandarin and I assist to develop and serve our growing Chinese families.
I graduated from University of Windsor with double major in Accounting and Finance and I started my career with TD in 2015.
In addition to assisting the team, in my free time I enjoy travelling and seeing new places.

I started my journey with TD in 2015 and since that time I have had the opportunity of working in various roles and branches across Ontario. I am glad to have recently joined the Lau & Gomes Family Wealth Management Group in 2019. I assist the group by handling client-related inquiries and preparing for meetings. Prior to joining the team, I played an integral role as a Client Service Associate with another wealth advisory team at TD Wealth Private Investment Advice.
My work and personal experiences have given me the financial knowledge and skills to provide memorable experiences with every client interaction.
When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending my time with my family, going to the gym, going on hikes and making lasting memories.
