TD North American Sustainability Leadership Equity Model

This resonates with investors who, in addition to achieving their financial goals, are aligning their investments with their values to make a positive impact.
Jay brings over 14 years of experience in investment planning and portfolio construction to the Kolebaba Wealth Advisory Group, but he brings something else, too — a keen intuition for how to connect with people, whether they’re clients or colleagues. Always willing to share his insights and experience, Jay is the team member everyone can look to for help working through a challenge or building a relationship.
As an Investment Advisor and Associate Portfolio Manager, Jay seeks to provide comprehensive financial advice to his clients, working closely with them to help them achieve their goals. A graduate of the University of Lethbridge, Jay also holds Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations. He actively contributes his time to the Calgary community by volunteering with Alberta’s Junior Achievement Program to teach junior high students about banking fundamentals.
Prior to the pandemic, Jay was the sole observer of what the office has dubbed ‘formal Fridays,’ thanks to his ever-present suit. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, Jana, and daughters Mila and Heidi, especially to unique and obscure places. Jay is also an aviation buff and flower enthusiast, his front garden is often the envy of his neighbors.

Catherine loves being around other people, building relationships and learning about her clients’ goals and priorities. With over 10 years in the financial services industry, she has never stopped learning, whether she’s working towards her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) certification or brushing up on Portuguese.
Catherine began her career in the financial services industry in 2008, and, since joining TD in 2011 has brought her experience and determination to cultivate a deeper knowledge of the investment industry. Today, she works closely with Kolebaba Wealth Advisory Group’s clients to provide wealth planning and customized portfolios, implementing investment strategies and solutions tailor-made for our clients’ needs. Catherine thrives on the collaborative energy that comes with being part of a team and working together to “get things done,” regardless of role — and she’s as ready to celebrate success with her colleagues as she is to pitch in and make them happen.
When she isn't working, Catherine gravitates towards the outdoors. She enjoys discovering higher peaks, kayaking the west coast islands and skiing new terrain as much as she enjoys sipping a lime margarita on the beaches of the Caribbean. She remains an active volunteer in the community, including tutoring high school students in math and helping women entering the work force. Catherine is a self-proclaimed foodie, from enjoying street vendors in Vietnam to Calgary's newest, hip eatery, she is always planning her next meal.
