We define your objectives, risk parameters, liquidity requirements, and investment mandate. Depending on your situation this may also cover asset allocation, coordination between corporate and personal accounts, retirement income structure, tax-aware positioning, succession and estate priorities, and who is responsible for what across your advisory team.

If you decide to proceed, our team coordinates account opening, transfers, documentation, and implementation of the strategy.

You will know what is happening, what is needed from you, who is responsible for each step, how your existing holdings are being handled, and what to expect at each stage.

Where discretionary management applies, the mandate is documented and agreed before Jay assumes portfolio responsibility.

Portfolios are reviewed on an ongoing basis, and we meet regularly to talk about more than performance. Have your income needs changed. Has the business changed. Has anything changed in your family, your timeline, or your estate intentions.
