Onboarding Process
Jason believes in using a four-step process when taking on new families:
1. Setting the Foundation – Understanding what is important
A comprehensive discovery is done to understand not only each client’s full financial situation, but also their priorities in life. Only by being thorough with the uncovering process can the full range of concerns or obstacles become apparent.
2. Designing the Plan – Working with you to create a custom solution
Once priorities and concerns are established, a personalized solution is created to adapt and address those needs. Risk management and tax savings tactics are established and set the guidelines for the portfolio. A proposed solution is set in place to accomplish or work towards the goals of the client.
3. Constructing the Portfolio – Putting the plan in motion
The plan begins to be implemented and the portfolio is carefully shaped into the desired solution. By gradually entering the markets and using a disciplined buy strategy, the portfolio is structured to engage in gains while reducing downside exposure. After two or more phases of investing, the portfolio is fully constructed.
4. Reinforce & Renovate – Adjusting and adapting proactively
Constant vigilance and evaluation are done to make sure the portfolio is defended as much as possible from negative market situations. Financial security is always a priority and is continuously top of mind.
As time progresses, priorities and concerns will begin to change. This is why consistent communication and re-discovery are an ongoing part of the process.
