Our discovery and wealth management approach is driven by what matters most to you

Organize and Simplify.png

I help organize and simplify the complicated and busy financial lives of people like you.  Offering truly bespoke portfolio management employing risk-factor, endowment, and risk-based asset allocation for high net worth families, medical professionals, trusts and corporations.

I have a firm belief that the families I represent view real risk as a permanent loss of capital and not as price movements of securities in their portfolios, as our industry defines it. This has guided my focus to concentrate on three critical areas.

     1. Help manage relative and absolute risk
     2. Help manage the effects of taxation
     3. Help manage costs

This belief is apparent in my experience with families who have worked very hard to earn their wealth and are looking for allies to help preserve and grow that wealth in the most efficient way that is aligned with their stated goals.

I believe having an Investment and Wealth Planning Policy Statement is the most critical action an individual investor can make with regards to their investment, income and tax planning. Every investor benefits from completing this policy statement as it outlines the ground rules of the relationship between them and their advisor. Specifically it should address and detail the following:

     1. Outline of current financial situation and net worth statement
     2. Identify your investment objectives and constraints
     3. Define Income Planning
     4. Define Goal(s)-Based Planning. Specifically your goal is treated as a liability that needs to
         be met
     5. Define Risk-Based Asset Allocation
     6. Determine an appropriate risk allocation mix that is consistent with these investment
objectives and constraints that meet your goal based return objectives
     7. Clarify all fees and costs
     8. Establish an appropriate reporting and review process

One of the most important functions I facilitate is helping the families and corporations I work with write and implement their policy plan.

     1. Individual outcomes and absolute returns
     2. Provide income without chasing yield
     3. Deliver a better balance between risk and return
     4. Offering new resources that are less reliant on the direction of the equity markets

Our Philosophy_man_ENG.jpg

A commitment to a strategy that is aligned with your investment philosophy is key to the successful selection of investments for your portfolio. Failing to have a core set of principles can result in an endless cycle of switching from one poor product solution to another. The potential net result: a collection of reactionary ideas that seemed good at the time, instead of a well-tailored portfolio that aims to deliver at all times.
