Kristy M. MacDonald has spent the past two decades in the Financial sector, with the most recent 15 years focusing exclusively on Financial Planning and Wealth Management. Kristy holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation conferred by the FP Canada as well as her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation and Certificate in Retirement Strategy offered through the Canadian Securities Institute. Prior to her current role, she worked as an Investment Banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions sector on Bay street in Toronto, Ontario.
In addition to her professional career, Kristy has held various leadership roles with several charities and non-profit organizations.
Kristy Earned her Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University where she also served as a member of the Division 1 women's ice hockey team.
Kristy resides in the Northumberland County area with her family and enjoys participating in various organized sports as well as hiking, skiing and cycling.

Gunther Rappl has spent the past decade in the Financial sector, with his most recent focus on Financial Planning and Wealth Management. Prior to his current work as an Investment Advisor, Gunther gained in-depth and widespread banking knowledge through his various roles held with TD Bank Group. Gunther holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation offered by FP Canada.
In addition to his professional career, Gunther is actively involved in the local agricultural communities. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Port Hope Agricultural Society for many years. In addition, Gunther has spent time volunteering at various at-risk youth organizations. Gunther earned his Bachelor's Degree from Trent University along with several Diplomas from Fleming College.
Gunther lives on a robust hobby farm where he enjoys being with family, cooking, and equestrian riding.
