Doug has worked in the financial services industry since 2003. He established Marriott Wealth Management Group in 2009 which evolved to Marriott Bortis Wealth Management group with the goal of helping clients plan and build for the future they envision . A highly-qualified Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor, he offers affluent investors an elevated wealth experience through discretionary investing.
With a focus on developing long-term relationships and a deep understanding of what matters most to clients, Doug believes that he and his team have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s lives. To that end, he encourages his clients to pursue their interests and live life on their terms.
Doug earned an undergraduate business degree in Finance at the University of Regina in 2001. He holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM®) designations, and has also obtained certificates in Advanced ETFs and Alternative Strategies.
In his personal time, Doug enjoys camping and boating with his family. He also gives back to the community through sponsorships and by donating his time to various organizations, including the Regina Estate Planning Council, Hospitals of Regina Foundation and the India Canada Association.

Outside of work, Justin can be found on the soccer pitch - either playing or coaching youth teams. He enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Ivanna has worked with TD Wealth Private Investment Advice since 2016. She plays a critical role in the team's client relations, marketing and events. Through deep discovery, Ivanna gets to the heart of the what matters most to clients. She takes on a unique approach to understanding our clients, their families and their values. With great attention to detail, she is committed to delivering legendary client experiences with courtesy, discretion and professionalism. Ivanna graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Diploma of Business Administration. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course through the Canadian Securities Institute. Away from the office, Ivanna is heavily involved with the Ukrainian and multicultural communities of Regina. She can be found instructing, organizing events, or volunteering her time at fundraisers. Amy was raised, and currently raises her own family, in Regina. With over 15 years of experience in banking, financial services, and the investment industry in different capacities, she completed the Canadian Securities Course and worked many years in both Investment Representative and Administrative Associate roles. Client service focused, she strives to ensure an exceptional client experience as our administrative specialist, and applies her knowledge, personality, and professionalism to complement our growing team.
