As Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Advisor, Dave Thomson leads the Thomson Mitar Wealth Management team. Dave oversees the strategic direction of our practice by applying over 30 years of experience in banking and investment management.

Dave specializes in helping clients work through complex circumstances and strategies, balancing big picture needs with detailed solutions. Dave holds a deep understanding of the evolving financial needs demanded by successful professionals, business owners and affluent families, which has enabled Dave to build meaningful relationships that span multi generations. 

Dave holds the CFP®, CIM® and FSCI® designations.
