Your Trust Officer with TD Private Trust provides a full range of Estate and Trust services that includes supporting you with your Will and Power of Attorney for property (POA) planning needs where The Canada Trust Company will act as your executor or attorney, and assisting you when you act as attorney or executor for a family member or friend.
