Client Service Associate

Susanne drives our day-to-day operations and is fundamental in ensuring our clients every need is met. Susanne has over 20 years' experience in the industry and during that time has put the client at the heart of everything she does.

Susanne is hard working, friendly and passionate about the well-being of the families we serve. She is integral in building financial plans for our clients and helping them stay on track to their goals.  Her other responsibilities include opening and servicing accounts, preparing presentations for client meetings and being the point of contact for client's day to day needs.

Susanne began her financial services career in Victoria, BC and moved to Ontario after her sons were grown up to spend more time with her elderly father.  Susanne's understanding of the importance of family and relationships has helped her connect with clients on all levels.
