Toms & Le Wealth Management Group

Sound investment advice built to help weather all market conditions

Strength and Experience

A strong foundation is integral to building a lasting and dynamic structure. The foundation of the Toms & Le Wealth Management Group is experience, education, and integrity. When Craig Toms and Dao Le were determining whether to merge their strengths, they discussed their visions and the opportunities and weaknesses they had viewed through personal experience and observing other professionals. From this vision, came a plan.  A plan to provide clients with exemplary services, portfolio strategies that help  evolve with the world and the individual or family's goals, and that provide transparency and accountability throughout each stage of financial management.

Every foundation must be built using the right materials…in a perfect world, the best materials. Both Dao and Craig represent the pinnacle of education and experience; the best materials. Their team has been hand-picked to provide the knowledge, service and support tailored to their plan of achieving a wealth management business that not only meets but anticipates their clients needs.  This team has been built, the foundation is strong, and the design is agile. We invite you to experience the confidence that we believe comes from working with our team to craft and execute your wealth management strategy.

Building a powerful strategy

There is no one-size-fits-all wealth management strategy. You and your family are unique, so your wealth management strategy will be designed just for you. The first steps in our process are:

Discovery – Our first meetings are about discovery. Who are you? Where did you come from? How did you build your wealth? What are your core priorities for the future? What is most important to you? The discovery phase isn’t just for us to learn about you…we want you to know us also. Wealth management requires a long-term trust-based relationship. You need to determine whether you are comfortable entering this kind of a relationship with us.

Strategy – Based on our discovery meetings, professionally created behavioural investing assessments and developing a comprehensive understanding of your goals and risk tolerance, we develop a customized strategy for you.

Implementation – We initiate your wealth management strategy starting with portfolio building. A roadmap is then created based on the needs that we have identified as your priorities whether it be estate planning, business succession or another wealth goal. We will regularly review your portfolio and road map with you, so you can see where we are going as well as how far we have come.

Analysis – We monitor your progress, provide ongoing account management and evaluate each step as we move forward.
