Her 20 years of experience in various roles as a branch manager/ assistant vice president in a Citigroup affiliate in Asia, a private banker and a senior planner with another Canadian bank, gave her a distinct advantage in developing solid client relationship and providing world-class solutions to more complex needs of her high net worth clients.

She takes extra time and care with her clients. The more her clients understand market dynamics and investing basics, the less likely of them to make unsound short term decisions based on emotions. Despite enduring the "great recession of 2008-2009", she is proud of her sound advice and disciplined investment management approach that her clients benefitted. Most of her clients' portfolios came out in much better financial shape than before the market crash of 2008-2009.
