As a Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and Investment Advisor at TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, I have been providing wealth advice to my clients since 1983. I have earned the Portfolio Manager designation, Certified Investment Manager (CIM) title, and have attained the designation of Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). The designation of Portfolio Manager recognizes superior analytical skills, advanced knowledge of markets and investment products, and extensive industry experience in managing large investment portfolios.
My goal is to assist my clients in accumulating and preserving their wealth. I strive to anticipate necessary adjustments, recommend solutions where appropriate, and maintain regular contact with my clients. I take a personal interest in the financial success of all of my clients, providing individually tailored advice to serve their needs. My role as Portfolio Manager allows me to design specialized client portfolios to maximize investor return for any given risk level. I continue to work with both new and long-standing clients. I go above and beyond to make my clients truly feel that they are my top priority, because they are.
I have strong ties to my community and believe in giving back. I have raised funds and sat on the board of various charities including the Business Community Anti-Poverty Initiative (BCAPI), the Canadian Breast Cancer Run for the Cure (Co-Chaired 2003 & 2004), the Muriel McQueen Fergusson Foundation, the Teen Resource Centre (TRC), the Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation, and the Hospice of Greater Saint John. I have also sat on the Board of Governors for Rothesay Netherwood School and St Thomas University.
“Nancy Creamer Ervin is an insightful and prudent financial manager who demonstrates notable foresight, and I have significant confidence in her practices, judgments, and predictions. She is a very sympathetic and open person. I value her candour, practicality, vigilance, discretion, genuine sincerity and concern.”
