Addressing diverse needs with distinction

Our team works with high net worth families and businesses in Ontario, taking the time to get to know them and their needs and striving to earn their trust through sound wealth planning strategies. We understand business owners' unique circumstances, including the complex tax rules that affect them, and can assist them with succession planning to help facilitate the tax-efficient transfer of a farm, business or practice to the next generation.

We can help you navigate complex financial requirements by providing:

A sufficiently diversified portfolio. We build a customized investment portfolio designed to complement your business assets to help reduce risk and provide diversity to your wealth.

Investing acumen. Our years of experience and training in credit management, accounting and investment advice are used to provide solid investment advice to our clients throughout market cycles.

Risk management. This is an essential component of portfolio construction in such a challenging and unpredictable world.

Conservative value investing. We aim to invest in proven, well-capitalized, dividend-paying businesses at good prices that fit into our tailored, disciplined, long-term strategies.

A personalized Wealth Plan. This complete and customized wealth roadmap is uniquely designed for your life and business and includes retirement and estate planning, tax minimization strategies, and tools to help you address major life events or upcoming purchases.

Consultation with other TD Specialists. As needed, high net worth planners, estate and succession planning professionals, tax lawyers, credit and trust, and other TD Specialists are available to assist you with sophisticated advice.

Easy, enjoyable wealth management. With an approachable working style, our team will confirm your understanding and comfort with the Wealth Plan we propose. As we implement your plan, we’ll review your progress towards your goals and stay connected through regular communication, so we remain on track as your life and the markets evolve. We will come to your premises for meetings and regularly host seminars on succession planning, taxation changes that may affect you, and other wealth management topics that may be of interest.
