Get to Know Us

My family and I moved to Oakville in 2001 and my three children have all attended schools here in Oakville. My wife, Kari and I are very active in the Oakville community, working with various foundations, charities and supporting our new Oakville Hospital. I also serve on the local chapter board of the Financial Executive Institute (FEI) for the Southern Golden Horseshoe and act as the Chair of the membership committee and Co-chair of the SME Business Conference. I am a former TD Wealth Private Banker in the TD Wealth Private Client Group, a former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of two Canadian (private and public) companies and have extensive experience in banking and credit as a former international banker and Wealth Advisor.

I also hold Canadian and U.S. designations as a CIM, CIWM and CPA. I earned my CPA working in the U.S.
for the public accounting firms of Deloitte and Price Waterhouse as a tax-planning specialist. As a senior financial and tax executive over the previous two decades, I have also worked and lived in Europe and the U.S. so I have a deep understanding of global investment opportunities and business structuring. I have also held senior investment management leadership roles in Scotia Bank and RBC Dominion Securities here in Canada.

Meet our Team

I am supported by Jane McCoy, my sales assistant and by TD Wealth's WAS team of specialists, within the Wealth Advisory Services, Estate & Trust Services, TD Securities, TD Commercial Banking and TD Private Banking areas – together we build comprehensive your wealth plan, which forms the foundation for our strategies to help you create a worry-free and secure retirement..

How We Serve our Clients

I utilize my twenty plus years of experience and knowledge gained as a former CFO, investment management leader and private banker by leading a disciplined process called "CFO4you" for our clients to develop an agreed Wealth Plan Roadmap by creating annual and lifetime goals to lay the foundations for a successful and secure future.

If you are a business or medical professional; executive, business owner or company or private foundation Director or an Oakville family with complex needs that would benefit from my process we would be happy to meet with you and provide a second opinion on your current investment portfolio, current investment plan or simply to provide you further information and examples on how we serve our clients - just click here to e-mail me: kriss.bush@td.com

For a copy of my latest newsletter or next wealth advice seminar see the links at the bottom of the page and click on the item that interests you. Move around the circle to any specific topic to get a separate list of articles by topic (e.g. click Tax Management for our latest tax planning articles) or just give me a call at 905-815-2204 and I would be happy to mail you a copy.

Thank you, Kriss

Embrace human behavior is the second principal of our Risk Priority Management philosophy, which we define as follows:

Can your kids afford to inherit the family cottage?

Early in their marriage, Pat and Marlene caught the cottage fever after summers of cottaging in rented properties.

Do you know someone who would benefit from my services?
