Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound of brussel sprouts
  • ½ pound bacon cut into ½ inch pieces (I get mine at Nesvogs)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3-4 Tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil
  3. Cut ends off brussel sprouts and cut any large ones in half
  4. Transfer to a large bowl
  5. Add bacon, salt, and pepper & transfer to baking sheet
  6. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over top until well coated
  7. Roast in oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until bacon is crispy
  8. Serve warm and enjoy
