Associate Investment Advisor

My main focus is to provide support for the maintenance of clients' investment portfolios and assist Mark and Heather with implementing specific wealth management strategies for our clients. With over 10 years of experience in working with highly complex client relationships and portfolios, I am ideally suited for this role.

Prior to joining Marlow Hesson Wealth Partnership Group, I worked for five years with a successful investment advisory team. Due to the complexity of the clientele, I have gained broad exposure to families with a variety of planning needs and unique situations. I am currently working on obtaining the Chartered Investment Management designation and I am a Life Insurance Advisor through TD Wealth Insurance Services. I also hold a Masters of Business Administration degree and Bachelors of Economics Degree from the University of British Columbia.

I grew up in Vancouver and enjoy travelling, yoga and spending time with my friends and family.

Holding the Certified Financial Planner and Canadian Investment Manager designations, I have spent the past 18 years working with high net worth individuals and their families. Celebrating my 26th year with TD Bank Group, my prior role included trading foreign exchange with Commercial and Private Bank. An economics and commerce specialist, I graduated from the University of Calgary in 1991.

I currently live in Kitsilano with my wife, and two children. In my free times I enjoy swimming, playing soccer, and being involved with my children's activities. Committed to giving back, I support charities throughout the Lower Mainland such as Big Sisters and the Greater Vancouver Foodbank.
