Cameron Smith

Working together to help you achieve what truly matters to you

Cameron believes that management of wealth is a deeply personal experience.

Cam helps families to create financial strategies in alignment with their deepest held beliefs and values.  He calls this Defining a Purpose

He follows a process using three meetings a year to help keep his clients on track to make their goals a reality, providing confidence that they will be able to achieve their wealth's purpose.

The mission is to build long-lasting relationships with people based on a deep level of trust and competency – for one without the other is meaningless.  Along with his Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on Finance from Wilfrid Laurier, he brings over 10 years of industry experience, but in truth – integrity and reliability are far more important than educational background.

Great investors and advisors know that the best financial plans are written in pencil, not pen.  They are living, breathing documents – not one-time deliveries meant to collect dust in a file cabinet.  Cameron emphasizes the value of planning versus plans, recognizing that life can be messy, things happen, and circumstances change.  Planning means having a framework to simplify and adapt to change in a way that suits you.

His best work is done for individuals and families approaching and entering retirement to help connect the dots, reach their goals, and most importantly live the life they want to live.

We can't predict the future, but we can plan for it.  Cam is always willing to chat and offer guidance, so feel free to reach out and see how he can help unlock your wealth's purpose.

When Cam is out of the office – you can find him with his wife Eunice and two sons Austin & Zach outdoors hiking and skiing, indoors cooking new recipes or in the garage woodworking.  Weird hobby – he loves obscure documentaries and is always looking for a recommendation for something to learn about.
