Billy holds the following professional designations: Personal Financial Planner (PFP®), Specialist, Trust Institute (STI®), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®), and has earned the Fellow of the CSI (FCSI®), the highest honor bestowed by the Canadian Securities Institute. Billy graduated from University of Hong Kong in Economics (BSS, Hons.) and received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from York University in Finance .

Billy speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin. He is passionate in providing trusted professional guidance and wealth management services to individuals and corporations. He is committed to honesty, integrity and in building long-term relationships. Billy also provides his clients with financial planning, insurance, tax and estate planning services.
