Community Involvement

On May 2, 2026, I had the opportunity to support a fundraising event organized by the St. Albert Cosmopolitan Club in partnership with the St. Albert Food Bank. Giving back to the local community is something I value deeply, and it was great to be part of an initiative focused on addressing food insecurity in the area.

Through the collective efforts of volunteers and community members, we were able to raise approximately 720 pounds of food along with $465 in monetary donations to support individuals and families in need.

The event was held outdoors and featured live entertainment by local band DTS, whose performance created a fun and welcoming atmosphere that encouraged strong community participation. It was great to see people come together—whether by donating, volunteering, or simply showing support for an important cause.

Experiences like this reinforce my belief in the power of community and the importance of contributing to local organizations that make a meaningful impact. I’m proud to be involved in initiatives that help strengthen the communities we live and work in.
