She is also a Life Insurance Advisor with TD Wealth Insurance Services. She has a graduate degree in MBA in addition to her Bachelor of Science in Architecture. She can fluently speak and write English, Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Fukienese/ Taiwanese, and Tagalog.
To help ensure her clients make sound and informed decisions, Susan is passionate about educating her clients about the various choices of investment and wealth strategies available to them. She takes extra time and care with her clients to prevent them from making unsound short-term decisions based on emotions. Enduring several market crashes during the "great recession of 2008-2009", Covid crash of 2020 and Inflation crash of 2022, she is proud of her time-tested sound advice and disciplined investment management approach.
