Mark co-leads The Charter Group with Keith Henderson within TD Wealth Private Investment Advice. As Senior Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Advisor, he is responsible for portfolio strategy, asset allocation and security selection for the team’s discretionary model portfolios.
