Claude Paré graduated in Law from Laval University and specialized in Insurance Law until the age of 53. In 2006, once his family was complete and his finances secured, he decided to leave his first career to pursue his youthful dream of becoming an Investment Advisor. He started at RBC before transitioning to TD in 2011.

A passionate enthusiast of the financial markets since his youth, Claude even hitchhiked to New York at the age of 16 to visit Wall Street. He managed to pay for his first house with the returns from wise investments he made with his loans and scholarships while studying. Admiring Warren Buffet, he modeled his investment style after his idol, focusing on value investing. Claude enjoys finding and investing in profitable companies with good long-term growth potential.

Married for over 50 years to his wife Lucie, Claude is the father of three daughters and the grandfather of three grandchildren. He spends his free time reading books, financial news, and scientific journals. He has been a subscriber to Scientific American for over 50 years!
