It's All About You

With over 3 decades worth of experience in the financial services industry, we have learned a lot about running a practice dedicated to helping wealthy families achieve their financial goals.

At the outset of any new relationship, we invest the time necessary to really get to know you and those that are important to you.  We want to understand your current situation, the financial path you are on, and your goals and dreams.  Together, we will prioritize those goals and your immediate needs, and we will put a timeline in place to look at each aspect of your financial affairs to help you achieve your view of financial success.

Along this journey, you will have me at the center of a team of experienced professionals that I have assembled on your behalf.  Together, with you and my team, we will monitor your complex and continually changing financial affairs over time.  Our goal is for you to know you are on track to achieving what is truly important to you.

MacRae & Associates Family Wealth Management is a part of TD Wealth Private Investment Advice, a division of TD Waterhouse Canada Inc. which is a subsidiary of The Toronto-Dominion Bank.

A Little About Me

Hard work makes luck.  I have been lucky in my career and in love.  When my high school sweetheart and I got married in 1999, we moved to Toronto to expand our careers.  For five years I worked with high net worth families across Ontario, before moving back home to Nova Scotia in 2004 to start our family.  For the next decade, I was privileged to work with hundreds of independent financial advisors across Atlantic Canada and have determined the parts of their businesses that I want to emulate and the parts I want to avoid.  The result is that I now offer what I believe to be a best-in-class experience to you, my client.

Outside of my business and my wife's career, we are passionate about our family.  We have raised two wonderful daughters that keep us very busy!  Most weekends we can be found watching them play girls youth basketball, and in my spare time, I enjoy keeping in shape.

Helping achieve what truly matters to you and your family.
